What is Strong Fitness? 

The common definition of Strong is to have or be marked by great physical power.  It is our goal at Strong Fitness Training to embody the other definitions of the word Strong - that is to have moral and intellectual power, and be striking or superior in its kind.  Strong Fitness is personalized Certified Personal Training for any individual that is one step above all the rest.  Not only is it our goal to make you strong physically, but also mentally.  We focus on your goals from the inside out, making sure that we do everything within our ability to ensure that you reach your full potential.  You can achieve your health and fitness goals.  Strong Fitness wants to help and see you succeed.  Strong Fitness Training offers both individual personal training as well as "bootcamp" style group classes. Strong Fitness Training, LLC carries an NASM CPT certification and is insured.
